At Masterbuilt, we stand behind the quality of our grills and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
